Well, its not fair to say that all companies do not prefer freshers, but it depends. A fresher need to be trained and involve lot of time and cost. On the positive side Freshers have fresh minds innovative ideas and they can be trained according to company’s work culture and processes. So mostly big companies when they do bulk Hirings for new process or new projects hire freshers through Campus placements as Trainees. Then they train them and assign responsibilities after training period expires. Most of the IT companies do that. Since they they have well structure training process and taking large bunch costs less. But if you go sole out of campus then chances of getting hired are less most small and even big companies do not have well structured training process. Also no body wants to spend time and money on single person. So if you go for hiring as a single candidate with no experience then you may not be preferred. So start working as Trainee and get some experience then apply for a job or best is that you try campus placements.

Registered companies have many policies which is compliance to government and International rules and regulations : like employer’s /employee’s to ensure safety. Health and Welfare from these policies ,most of the companies preffered experienced employee first to be hires because experienced employee has working history and company can assured the hired employee’s. But freshers may have ability and talent of doing everything that experienced can do, so why there is difference between freshers and experienced?. Actually companies should understand the past performances do not guarantee future success. They should realize that if they are always looking for experiences candidates , then where will be the freshers go?Today’s experience candidates were once freshers in the market. They have reviewed the market, the industry, the people and working system and gained knowledge and experience in their own industry. Thanks!!!
