Registered companies have many policies which is compliance to government and International rules and regulations : like employer’s /employee’s to ensure safety. Health and Welfare from these policies ,most of the companies preffered experienced employee first to be hires because experienced employee has working history and company can assured the hired employee’s.
But freshers may have ability and talent of doing everything that experienced can do, so why there is difference between freshers and experienced?.
Actually companies should understand the past performances do not guarantee future success. They should realize that if they are always looking for experiences candidates , then where will be the freshers go?Today’s experience candidates were once freshers in the market. They have reviewed the market, the industry, the people and working system and gained knowledge and experience in their own industry.
