Manufacturing companies are likely to see a boom in the coming years. Currently, India lacks skilled personnel for manufacturing jobs; however, the growth in this sector will be quite good, especially in auto sector manufacturing. Second sector to see a significant growth will be IT/ITES areas like data sciences, algorithm design and cloud computing expanding their operations. With an expected CAGR of 12 per cent for the next three, pharmaceutical sector will witness an exponential growth and subsequently, it will be on a hiring spree until early 2018. India is the second fastest growing smart phone market in the world; therefore, you can see an overwhelming boom in the telecom sector. (Source: Economic Times)
