There isn’t only one.
To start off with, everything in your life revolves around your business, there’s no concept of leave, weekends, because you are constantly busy growing your business. You are also trying to ward off competition from big fish in the market. Plus you are trying to manage and put everything in order as you have very limited resources at your disposal. A budding businessman has to make adjustments every turn of their startup’s growth. Sometime, work would come before family.
You are responsible for paying salaries to your employees- you can never back off from this commitment. No matter if the business is n losses first few years, you have people and their families dependent on you. You can never shed off this burden as an entrepreneur.
You have to be consistently self-motivated; there should not be a moment of self-doubt. You have to be mentally strong. Therefore, you as an entrepreneur, you will never be allowed to be scared of your failures. You have to keep your head high, no matter what.
Last but not the least, you might have never done writing, sales, operations in your previous job roles, but as an entrepreneur, you will be required to do multi-tasking. A lot of people will look up to you; you must need to be updated with everything under the sun that concerns your business. It is a never-ending process; you might feel tired at time but there is no backing off. You have to be on your toes every minute of your job.
