Hi kavya, here is list of few Technical Support profile’s interview questions : 1.Why do you want to join a BPO? 2. Why would we consider you for this role,while others qualified candidates are available? 3.How long will you be here? 4.Elaborate on your project listed on your resume. 5.What Technical skills do you posses that would benefit our company? 6.What steps do you follow when solving a technical problem? 7. Name some of the latest computer processor? 8. What is the usual amount of time spent on an average call? Hope this stuff will help you in future. Good luck.
