Go back and read your joining letter, appointment letter or contract agreement, if you received any. Is it written on your contract that you will be marked absent on the day your targets aren’t met? If not then, what your employers are doing is ethically wrong and they can be sued for any deductions that were not foretold. You can raise this issue with the HR department and ask your colleagues for their stance/complaint about the matter. Write a mail to your management and let them know how the rights of the employees are being violated. Usually, companies that employ people on the field reimburse transportation charges. What it did your company told you about reimbursing your expenses? If they said they will but have failed to do so, they can be sued for the violation of the agreement. Just make sure you have (whatever the company promised) written in the agreement and signed by both the parties (you and the HR/concerned person at the company).
