To become a PGT in Hindi, you must pursue BA in Hindi Literature, followed by MA in Hindi Literature (obviously you must have had Hindi as your main subject in Class XII), then you can do your B. ed and choose Hindi as your main teaching subject. As part of your B. ed course, you will teach Hindi to a few classes (for a month or so- this is an internship). Before you start teaching senior secondary classes, you will be teaching to Class VI to Class X. With experience and time, you will be promoted as a PGT Hindi. All the best!
