Follow these Resume Format tips: 1. Mention your name, address, and email id and contact number clearly on the top left corner of the document. 2. This will be followed by your educational qualifications and awards and certifications. These are two different sections. 3. Starts writing about your work experience- begin with your current job; your first job will come at the end of this section. Mention key responsibilities at each job- make sure you mention customer handling as for CSR position, it is a must. 4. Mention your soft skills. 5. Provide references. 6. At the end, give acknowledgement and sign to close the resume. 7. Make sure your resume isn’t lengthy; don’t go beyond 1-2 pages.
