But due to the restrictive unfriendly policies of this company they didnt extend my leave and started legal proceedings against me. Now I am at home already sufferring with health issues and this employer is harassing me by demanding money from me because of which I am experiencing deep trouble. Please gi e me a solution and help me out of this situaion as I am really vexed up.

Did your offer letter have any such clause where you are bound to financially compensate your employer in case of discontinuing your services without a prior notice? Now that they have already filed a case against you, you are advised to take legal help at the earliest. Only a lawyer can help you traverse through this difficult situation. Also, try not to talk to people at the organization, even those who were your friendly colleagues once. Only let your lawyer handles and communicate with the other side. Also, if it wasn’t mentioned in your offer letter/appointment letter/contract letter, then you are not liable to pay them a penny. But consult a lawyer asap.
