In such a case, your husband should approach the HR head of the company with all the proofs that he has. Also, your husband must take his reporting manager in confidence to tackle the regional sales manager. No question of malpractice should arise when your husband has everything in written or on the mails. He can also ask people who were CC’d in those mails to come forward to support his statement. No matter what action your husband takes, he must involve HR and his boss in every meeting or discussion and should take all directives in written. Don’t trust on verbal agreements.
